Curro Serengeti Academy is situated in the prestigious SERENGETI GOLF AND WILDLIFE ESTATE designed by timeless golfing legend, Jack Nicklaus. Curro Holdings purchased 10 hectares of prime land where building will commence in 2011. Opening in January 2012 from Playschool to Gr 8, it will eventually be a co-ed parallel-medium (Afrikaans and English) school from Playschool to Gr 12, offering a proud tradition of learning excellence.

In the meantime Curro Holdings acquired a playschool on the estate. This playschool moved into its new permanent building on the 1st of May 2010. The school will eventually form part of the new Serengeti Academy campus.

Accreditation

All Curro schools are provisionally accredited by Umalusi, Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training after they have been registered at their local education department. The registration process of Curro Serengeti Academy has started.

CURRO is a Christian-based educational institute and promotes and fosters positive values and norms. Mutual understanding and respect for educators, parents and learners are core values. Our school will accommodate fast, average and slow learners. Small classes of twenty-five will enable us to pay individual attention to learners and to ensure  support where necessary. We also aim to challenge those learners who can progress at a faster pace.
